is anyone on? i need t talk, having a autism meltdown and v dissicossiated, idk whats going on this has been going on for a day and a few hours, idk why im in such a overstimmulated mode but i just cant and mhm idk what to doand stimming isnt helping much. it was starting to get fine today around lunch after last nights meltdown but then a storm hit and i just couldnt handle it and its all so much
