meiko shiawase . quirk : euphoria . 
          she’s allura , a euphoric wonder . 
          
          this emotionally detached villain is a mystery as to what her true intentions are . her claims of creating a pure , happier place to live in is always clouded by false happiness . she is a mere pawn supporting the downfall of quirk society , fueled by her belief that experiencing overwhelming happiness before death is the best way to leave this world . 
          
          both parents were low level thugs , barely making money to get by . her father , irrational and reckless , was double-crossed and killed by the same people meiko works for now , the league of villains . her mother mercilessly sold her child , sold her /quirk/ , in hopes that she would have a little bit more money to get back onto her feet . all for one rose to the occasion , seeing the broken girl tossed aside as another potential candidate in his scheme .. and she followed his lead . meiko wants nothing more in this world than to feel like she belongs , to feel cared for .. and to avenge her childhood by watching her mothers downfall .
