I gazed at the water from the edge of the cliff. The ocean always looked amazing at sunset, and I had to see it. I sighed as I determined whether to adventure a little more into the woods. I sighed, knowing it was time to go home. I pulled the necklace with the heavy pendant off my neck and jumped from the cliff. I held my breath and gasped for air when I was falling from the sky and the city was in sight. I rushed to put the pendant in my pocket and was at my front door in milliseconds. I opened my front door longing to go back. I took a deep breath. “I’m home!”
