          Sorry to keep you on a cliffhanger. But this would be the last chapter I am publishing. As mentioned, I need to polish up the first few chapters before the ending published will be satisfying.
          
          BUT IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT ANOTHER WAY,
          
          Me editing the chapters will also give you some new content. ;) Heh heh heh... how about that? ;)))
          
          Bear with me k? (Even though it is mostly me reading my own book :p )

Day #1 of editing. Today I edited the format which texts are presented - borrowing some ideas from the many "dialogue" books that I have read here on Wattpad. Not a *huge* edit but baby steps, am I right?

HELLO!
          
          I am now convinced that I do not have any readers.
          
          My reads are my own AHAHAHA.
          
          I added my own book into my library. (NO! Not because I'm narcissistic like that but) Because I've been writing "The Auxiliary" for so long (since February!!!) I forget the little details of what I've written before and I go back to refer. Found myself doing that as I wrote the finale - so there's that mystery solved! :p
          
          That said,
          
          I have FINALLY sat myself to FINISH CHAPTER 15 of The Auxiliary! 
          
          YAY!!!
          
          But I have a problem.
          
          And the problem is that the ending is kind of half-assed because there were some clues I didn't fully develop and explore at the start. And hence, to make the ending more fulfilling and worth it, I'm going to have to edit the first few chapters before uploading the ending.
          
          Although, essentially, I have the whole story out. Hence, I am marking it as "Complete"
          
          (more as a consolatory gesture to give myself a pat on my own shoulders more than anything else)
          
          before trudging on ahead to edit it.
          
          I'll also take this opportunity to integrate the comments, reviews, critics and suggestions that have been given by the very lovely people who have taken the time out to critic my work when I asked for it in the earlier stages. Thank you @ExoDoll @nevermind_000 @KimEvans23 @BlackandWhitecoffee @lilchloe_ @dandonish 
          
          WITH THAT, LET THE EDITING BEGIN.
          
          (And I'll inform you guys when it is complete-complete.)

How do I already have 5 reads? Have I relooked at that chapter /that/ many times?
          
          Anyway, I've posted up the media interlude before Chapter 14. Do check it out. :)

          And yes, you know what that means, Chapter 14 will be posted up in 3 parts over the next couple of days. If all works out, (i.e. no procrastination, no self-censoring, and a wave of inspiration), I should be starting on Chapter 15 today - which *should be* the final chapter.

          P.S. Evidently, I suck at sitting myself down to write. Sorry for the lack of updates for "Court of Appeals". AHAHAHA Got too tied up with life to actually cleanse my palette.

I know what you're thinking, "WTF. You couldn't finish a novel and you're starting on the next?"
          
          Ahahaha I'm so sorry. I've just been stuck at proofreading Chapter 14 - proofreading! It just doesn't quite feel right. I'm taking the advice that I saw here to try and cleanse my palette a bit before going back into the whole climatic shebang of "The Auxiliary". 
          
          "Court of Appeals" is - I'm hoping - a playful poke at Singapore's obsession with population and babies and initiatives. I'm hoping to make it funny although my humour may not be gold-standard and well-received by all; I'm trying. It's not meant to be taken seriously like "The Auxiliary" so just try to enjoy?
          
          Thank you. And once, I'm done playing, perhaps I would be able to go back to my dearest thriller.

          Updates.
          
          Yes, I'm quite thick-skinned to post updates although I haven't finished Chapter 14. I'm working on it now! Yes, right this instant! Please bear with. So that's update #1. I hope that I will finally sit this through and complete this story of mine.
          
          Update #2: I've made some minor edits to the [Breaking News] story before Chapter 13. Have a look at who's covering the Parliament Lock Down. ;) (I know I kind of wrote myself into a corner, so I had to go back and rewrite a way out. Sue me. :p)
          
          Update #3: I've submitted "The Auxiliary" as an entry for the 2017 Wattys. Not confident about "The Auxiliary" bagging anything but all in good fun, am I right? You guys should join in too. (Honestly, not sure what to expect, first time joining the Wattys)
          
          That's all for now. Hopefully, you'll be receiving more updates like this. Because if you do, it'll be probably be one telling you that "The Auxiliary" is *F I N A L L Y* updated. Bear with and thank you very much. Hope all of you are having a great day ahead.

I have this erotica x game book idea toiling around in my head. AHAHAHA I think it'll be *GUILTILY* fun but also, you know, scary to many of my followers. AHAHAHA should I? Do I want to commit social suicide??? HMM...

Wow. More than half a month has passed. That's how much time I've been spending away from myself and my writing. I'll admit it's tough to get back to it. The story doesn't seem up to mark now...
          
          But I'm determined to get to the end. Aiming to finish drafting the 14th chapter now!
