suspend a person's movements for roughly 10 seconds. if
she tries this with more than 3-4 people at once, her wings
will turn black & the stray feathers will wither away.
ᛝ additionally, similarly to hawks, she can turn a feather
into a weapon! for her, it can shape into a blade of sorts.
