As I write this, all I can think about is the selection of creamy cakes in my local shops and how very hungry I am.
 
I can appreciate me a fine jam and cream cake with beautiful fruit pieces garnished on top :)) I also LOVEEE chocolate éclairs with my whole heart AND I COULD DEMOLISH ONE RIGHT NOW 💛
