i’ve decided to use my privilege and comfortable living to record everything that is happening in ukraine. my entire high school life, i’ve wanted to be a historian, but i’ve always said that there wasn’t anything to record and study. this is my chance to remember what is happening. the russian government is committing war crimes and lying to their own people, and there are heroes around the world who are dying and being forgotten. i refuse to let that happen. if you have family in ukraine, or know any names or of anything happening, send it my way. i’m saving videos, photos, twitter, instagram and facebook posts, as well as multiple documents and notes of names, places and deeds. i vow to never forget what is happening, and i vow to remind everyone who does.
