OH MY GOD I AM SO SORRY FOR DISAPPEARING

Basically, after actually doing some updating over the summer holidays I forgot how stressful school actually was. So, now that I'm in year 11 I've had no time at all to do any sort of writing and the fact that I'm being checked for anxiety and no I'm passing out occasionally I just haven't been in the right mind to write. So, hopefully, I can find some way to update at least one book once a week.

Again, I am so so sorry

I'd like to make a more serious note here. As you probably know now, there was a suicide bombing at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester. I just wanted to say my heart is with the families that still have their children missing or know that their children, sadly, were killed by the bomber.

I've heard people say we should bomb them back, but who is 'them'? Most suicide bombers that attack England, are probably born in England. So there's no need to bomb Syria, Irag or Iran. Plus, if this man was with ISIS, which I'm not sure about I'm just giving my opinion here I struggle to look at news stories about these sometimes. If her were with ISIS, we don't know where they are, even if we did, if we bombed them we'd kill innocent people to get our point across to them. Does that make us any better than them? All we need to do is keep fighting against them. If we give in and let them change the way we live to be like theirs, they've won. But that doesn't mean they'll stop killing us. The best thing we can do now is be ourselves, live our lives as we usually would, obviously we need to support the families and not ignore the fact that this happened. But if we show them we're scared, they've won. And we can't let them know that because we're much stronger than them.

And for any person who thinks any Muslim is a terrorist. One of the main points of Islam is PEACE. As far as anyone should be aware, ISIS are just assholes who claim to be Muslim and are just giving the religion a bad name. Please don't judge anyone, if you're like that.

Sorry for a bit of a ranty post, I sort of needed to voice an opinion. It's probably shit talk but, eh, it needed to be done.

Also, I missed Film Friday, so let's do it now, the film of this week is The Girl On The Train. It's pretty graphic, and I'm sure most of you must have at least seven the trailer before it was in cinemas. It's pretty graphic so if you area bt too young for it, please don't watch it. But it is really good. I love how the main character is a drink, it brings the story a different light, and it makes it much better. I've also read the book, which is still better but I've always loved books more than films.
