I am currently working on a new project called, “The Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life.” This whole thing started off as a project for my Creative Writing class, but it’s turned into a self-care journal/reflection of mine. Taking every thought that floats around in my head and putting it to paper and transcribing it has been a really helpful healing process. I would recommend this as something for poets to also dabble in or anyone who is struggling with their own mental health. It doesn’t have to be poem specific! I would love to read some of your guys' own works if you choose to personally work on this as well. Please message me and let me know! <3

@edenpoet that's true)) you've got to put some energy into it, and it takes some certain mood. Lovely and inspiring day to you as well!

@SheilaMorphes thank you!! whenever putting stuff down gets too hard or draining I take a break and take care of myself. Then when I'm feeling up for it again I start writing again. Getting stuff out is never more important than making sure you are comfortable/ready to drag all of the emotions and memories back up again. Hope you're having a wonderful day <3
