i just wanna say.. its crazy how u lowkey changed the trajectory of my life thus far. 2 years ago i read your book, wicked game. while i read it, i decided to listen to the song by chris issak on repeat. i fell in love with the song. i began to listen to it everyday, at work, during 12 hour roadtrips, whenever, on repeat. my friends all began to associate me with that song. it is also the song attached to my instagram. everytime someone i know hears that song playing, whether it be on the radio in their car, or out at a restaurant, they will record it and send it to me. ive been the 000.1% listener of chris isaak for 2 years now every spotify wrapped. it was also the first song i learned to play on guitar. ive literally became friends with people because of knowing how to play that song, which i never wouldve learned if it werent for that fanfic! its crazy how years ago, you did something that had absolutely nothing to do with me, you didnt even know i existed, and now all these years later you are literally the person who created one of the biggest parts of who i am as a person and i dont even know your first name! life is crazy
