@buryherdown i guess so— but people thinking i’m lying about my age gets old. the usual guess is fifteen. ( she takes another drag from her own cigarette before pocketing the pack and the lighter again. ) i’m aurelie, people usually call me aura.

i mean, it’s not a bad thing. i’d rather a baby face than people thinking i’m five years older than i am. [with a shrug, the gratefully takes the cigarette and lighter out of the others grasp. sure, she had her own lighter in her pocket, but this one was far more accessible. propping the cigarette between her teeth, she cups her free hand around the lighter and butt of the cigarette as she lit it, immediately taking a deep drag once lit and exhaling slowly] i’m nic, by the way

@buryherdown i just turned eighteen, but i get that a lot. i am very aware of my chronic baby face. ( she takes out another cigarette and passes it to the girl, sliding the lighter her way. )
