Hello friend 

Yesterday I was doing the dishes and everytime that I touched the knifes I got this itch in my left arm. I am an ex cutter and the last time that happened was the last time that I cutt. Im just really nervous and i have no idea what i should do. and i cant tell my parents because they wouldnt know what to do.
