Vhor'thul, in response to the insult, chuckles with a guttural, otherworldly sound. His sinister grin widens, revealing rows upon rows of razor-sharp teeth, more predatory than any known creature.
"Ugly?" he hisses, his voice a cacophony of madness. "Oh, my dear mortal, you've only glimpsed the surface of my visage. What you find ugly is but a mere reflection of the terrors that dwell in the deepest abysses of existence. You'll come to understand the true meaning of ugliness before our encounter is through."

" I won't do it!" Raphael screamed, dropping the scalpel from her hand, the fallen archangel stepping away from the young human who was strapped down to a medical gurney.

Raphael gasped for air when he released her. She fell to her knees and rubbed her throat. That's what all these evil bastards had in common. They were sick and demented. " If it's my torment you're after, clearly you hadn't looked hard enough for it." She spat at him. How many times had she been the victim of some higher being who was bored. How many times had she been cut or burned or had her insides infested with some type of parasitic worm

Vhor'thul's malevolent presence extended its reach, transcending the boundaries of reality as he loomed over the fallen archangel, Raphael, and the young human on the gurney. His insatiable appetite for suffering demanded a twisted performance, one where the audience, in this case, Raphael, would be both the observer and the protagonist of torment.

As Vhor'thul released Raphael, his chilling laughter echoed through the room, a sinister symphony that reverberated in the space between their worlds. His sharp, angular features contorted into a cruel grin as he looked upon her.

"It means, dear Raphael," he hissed, "that you're not yet deserving of the fate I have in mind for you. But rest assured, your torment will come in due time. And when it does, it will be exquisite."
