Hi everyone, I wanted to make a quick announcement.
First off, I want to express my profound appreciation towards my readers who have supported me through the past six years on Wattpad. You have inspired me, encouraged me, and pushed me to write and develop my craft. I will always remember you and love you.
But I have made the decision to permanently discontinue my time on Wattpad. To be clear: I AM NOT DELETING MY PUBLISHED WORKS. Brothers. and Versus will still be available. But new versions of these stories, or completely new stories, will no longer be published here. I will now be dedicating these new works to Royal Road so I can keep advertising and spreading my amateur works to other readers and writers.
The reason is because Wattpad simply doesn't seem like a great platform for writers like me anymore. It's clear that their priority goes to their Creators Program, as well as Mature romance, dark romance, and werewolf romance, among other genres that I'm simply not interested in writing. There is no place for fantasy, sci-fi, or even drama writers like me. I'm not much of a romance writer; it's usually more of a sub-plot in my stories, and I prefer more original ideas than the ones Wattpad HQ focuses on. So I really don't see any reason to continue my stories here. I'm hoping Royal Road can be more appreciative of the sort of work I dabble in.
