  able  to  manipulate  electricity  .  she's  quick  on  her  feet  and  likes  to
  run  a  lot  .  she  is  a  loud  mouth  with  a  quick  temper  .  she  does  do 
  some  pranks  with  her  powers  but  they  are  when  you  would  least
