hii it’s not letting me reply on the board so here’s my answer to you lol.
i meant that enzo lied about his virginity after flora snitched because he didn’t expect her betrayal, especially since he trusted her the most and she was his best friend. i disagree that flora didnt respect his boundaries. shes closed off, probably not trying to scare away her one friend, and respected that he didn’t like hugs anymore. enzo probably learned his lesson after hurting her too. it seems like a one time thing to me. i think their fallout had something much bigger to do with enzo getting lied to by his guardians, and him acting out, and also with floras morals conflicting. enzo has a lot of anger and rage, and i imagine he was violent enough for flora to call him a monster (hinted in chapter 19).

@charookie Hiii thanks for replying! Thanks for making it clear. Tbh at this point it's still difficult for me to make assumptions about what really happened given that we're still not even halfway through their story. It's also hard to keep up with previous chapters because I feel like there are a lot of important things that are supposed to come out and with the recent chapters we keep straying farther away from them (this is just my opinion haha). Safe to say I'm just thinking about the simpler possibilities lol. But yeah I have to agree with you that their fallout most likely had something to do with Enzo finding out things about his family, getting mad and planning his revenge. I think I'd be more okay if their fallout was because they had different morals than because they intentionally hurt each other. And I'm also eager to know if that's what ultimately turned Flora into an alcoholic because that would honestly break my heart.
