Is it bad that a friend of mine from school has a list of reasons she wants me to see a therapist? Also is it normal that my best friends mom thinks I'm anorexic?

My impression of YouTube gurus/ daily vloggers:
          *high voice* Heyyyyy guys!! What's up?!? I'm just baking some bread and doing an at home pedicure thingy,
          Later I'm going to go see Rouge One than go out to lunch with my family!!! Then I'm going to go to the gym tonight!!! Come on let's go!!!! *infinite smiles*

At this point I feel like my best option is to just give up. There is no point in fighting it anymore. I just want it all to end.
