Thank you so much for checking out my profile! My name is Eli (He/They) and I have been writing on Wattpad for seven years. Before that, I wrote on Fanfiction.net and Wikia (now Fanon). On Wattpad, I first wrote a three-book fantasy series called The Creatures of the Night. However, the teen gay romance Bathe in Color is the book that gained me recognition, currently amassing over 600,000 reads!
After taking a long hiatus to focus on academia, I have returned to writing and cannot wait to share all new stories that I have been working on for the last few years. You can also now find my work on Inkitt (link below). My main area of interest is coming-of-age literature, particularly revolving around queerness, self-expression, identity, mental health, and romance. Forgetting Him will explore the religious trauma often associated with being queer, and Doppelgänger will examine queer friendships and the dual personality split that occurs as a result of masquing one's queerness by being in the closet. Of course, Forgetting Him and Doppelgänger will also have plenty of gay romance just like Bathe in Color!
Outside of original stories, I also maintain a love for fanfiction and intend to release a four-book series called Pretty Little Liars: The Remake which is an adaptation and retelling of one of my favorite TV shows. I am very eager to share all these projects with you, and I am beyond thankful for all the support and recognition Bathe in Color continues to receive.
