"It is either you watch the people you love die, or they watch you die. What on earth is beautiful about that?" His voice was hoarse, as if he was finding it difficult to speak. Natalie didn't know what response to give to him this time. Even in the dim lighting of the room, it was obvious Daniel's resolve was set in stone.

After he lost his twin, Daniel was diagnosed with PTSD with an unbearable fear of someone he loves dying on him again. He doesn't get attached to people and has gone through at least a dozen best friends in a span of five years. He guards his heart diligently and trained himself to separate people from the relationships he had with them - that was until Natalie walked into his life.

Natalie Fabolude is an international student from Nigeria who gets attached to people very easily. She's as naive as they come, having obeyed her parents' commands all her life. In her senior year, fate had her paired with Daniel on a project and she got to step out of her suffocating shell. They bonded over coffee, laughed on the beach, whispered in the cinemas, and somehow ended up with a pregnancy neither had planned for.

In the wake of their marriage agreement, these younglings navigate through their final semester in the midst of clashing cultures and glaring differences. Will Natalie come to terms with the fact it is really the beginning of the end for them? Or will Daniel open up and break free from the fears that have imprisoned him?

Hi guys! I just spent the last one hour trying to get this account back I think I have about six different email addresses and I couldn't remember which I used to register this account.
          Anywayyyyyyyyyyyys *cue in drum roll*
My new story has just been published on my other account @the_sheba. It's interracial and it's a first of its kind for me. Not only have I never written about cross-cultural relationships but I have not done anything remotely creative in about four years.
          Shoot me.
I'm really excited and I hope you take out a little bit of your time to check it out and support me. Stay safe.
