My goal for this year was to complete the current draft of Goldilocks Forever, and IT IS DONE!
I can't wait to hear what readers think about the ending and the story as a whole. First, though, I'm off to take a victory lap and bask in the satisfaction of completion (which isn't something I often experience as a writer).

When it comes to what story I'll write next and next year's writing goal...I'm not sure yet. If you have a 2023 writing (or reading) goal, I'd love to hear it!
@linnerskinner Ooooh! I can't wait to read more Mythas! It sounds like there's more than one "new chapter" happening...congrats on your new job and move! Totally understandable that you've been busy. Those are some big changes! I hope all is going well so far.

Mythas’ Return has one more chapter to go as well, maybe two if it winds up being too long - been very busy moving across the country, starting a new job and this new semester in school but Im hoping to find some time now that my schedule is settling down!! So happy that you finished it :”)
Woohoo, I just published a fresh new chapter. It contains the most difficult, painful moment of my character's life. I think this is part of what made it so difficult to write. I cried almost every time I sat to write these scenes.
Now that a new semester has started (can you believe it's September already?), I'll be turning more of my attention back to research projects. I'm also applying to grad school this fall, so I expect to have less time to write. I'll still aim to publish a new chapter each week, though. :-)
