nothing screams frustration and discouragement than getting rejected from six locations (four for phlebotomist, two for laboratory assistant) all bc u don't have any clinical experience

( @where_the_fun_begins ) exactly!! i am certified in phlebotomy and basic life saving and i've passed my exams with flying colors. i get it, you're looking for someone who has more experience than my two and a half months of schooling, but give me a chance, ya know? i at least know what i'm doing opposed to someone they just hire without any certification
