Elmy's Special Services helps disabled New Yorkers and their families. Elmy's has helped families and clients for more than 20 years. At its founding, the group helped low-income immigrant families with language and cultural hurdles to social assistance. Since then, Elmy's Special Services has expanded to accommodate a broader spectrum of clients.
