Hello, guys. I hope you are all doing great. Pitfall was created amidst the Alice Guo issue, and the story was supposed to be satire but then I found myself writing the characters as my own original characters. The names I gave them were just names to follow the craze that it had at the time. I don't personally know any of these people, only their situation sparked my interest to write. It was a good writing material and I took the opportunity to write something out of it. I want to make it clear, I don't support Alice Guo nor do I support the so called ship between her and our Senator. And for the record, the Alice I wrote was redeemable, the real Alice? I don't know. Anyway, I have made the decision to make this story completely my own, from the plot, the title up to the characters. With that being said, I will be changing the names of everyone in the story that were based on real people. After all, this is my own story. And out of respect from everyone that were involved, especially with our hardworking Senator Risa, I will be taking their names out of this. I hope you can all understand where I'm coming from, I wrote this story because of the material alone, not because I support the ship.
