a 'thanks' would've been nice at least..-  [  cassiel watched with a small sigh as vael went into the corner.  the remnants of the perpetrators that had been following the emanator earlier were no where to be seen,  the glint of cassiel's blade being sheathed was the only evidence that he had been responsible for their adrupt disappearance  ]  and you're on the run.  doesn't seem like you're doing too great either

[  eventually,  the feeling soothes and the markings fade.  however,  instead of a deep oceanic blue,  his irises are replaced with a glowing;  lighter blue.  ]    the guards have this injection,  it’s supposed to apprehend us if we all tried to run away.  i was caught off guard,  i’ll be fine—don’t look at me that way.

[  vael manages to reply,  but it wasn’t like he was having food fly around and having it stuck behind his teeth.  however,  the wanted man definitely was eating a lot quicker than he should be.  ]    thanks for helping me,  they were going to kill me if they got to me.
