@chiefswagami thank you so much!! I have a lot more of this story to go and I’m hoping to finish it someday. I’ve got the entire story planned out from start to finish, but it’s gonna take awhile. I struggle with pacing SO bad. I still feel like I can’t get it quite right in certain places. I think that that is the biggest thing writers tend to struggle with. I envy YOUR talent as an artist. I can do grid portraits really well, but not much else. I’ve got no artistic talent like you do. My tips for writing would be spell out the scene as thoroughly as you can including sights, smells, sounds, etc, keep a close eye on your pacing and don’t be too eager to get to the good spots because that’s how you end up with bad pacing, and most importantly, keep your characters realistic. The most detrimental thing is when writer’s make their characters say and do things that no person would ever actually do. Completely breaks immersion. Other than that, it’s just practice. I hope to see more art by you. I love your work!!! ❤️

@chiefswagami I don’t talk about my writing on my social media. It’s hard to be taken seriously when your work is fanfiction (though some of the best books have started out as fanfiction). I think I would get a lot of ridicule from my friends and family if I were to publicly advertise my yugioh fanfic on my personal socials, so I don’t. I looked at your Insta and you’ve got some cool stuff on there! I love your other Bakura pictures ❤️❤️ But I would love to shout you out on Wattpad and QuoteV, which are the two sites where I publish this story. I’m honestly so in love with your fanart! I keep opening it up just to look at it. It’s probably made my entire month! I really hope you continue loving the rest of the story. It’s my passion. ❤️ You are an incredibly talented artist. Don’t ever stop drawing!!
