My name is Emily, and I was born in small town Michigan with my four brothers. I am very outgoing and a fun person. I was raised a Methodist and I have always been involved in church. I enjoy to swim, write, and clean. I value family and friends. I've been a good student and I like to get good grades. I'm a senior in high school so I look forward to college. 
I enjoy writing poetry and short stories about my brothers. When I write about my brothers, it's often true, real life stories. I think writing about them helps me fit into their shoes and I get to see what their life is like compared to mine. I have written  various pieces about my older brother and one recent story about my younger brother. Writing these have helped my grow as a person and writer.
