okay so like, extremely random question. I just need another opinion is all. should i redye my hair the same colors or should i go normal and redye it brown?

AESTHETICS… KIND OF?
⠀⠀⠀ clothing: in his free time, he is always wearing beige sweaters, black slacks, and hey dudes. when he works, it’s always black t-shirts, sweatpants, and non-slip shoes.
⠀⠀⠀ powers: when he uses his powers, it’s not always aesthetically pleasing to look at. not only is he an empath, who can feel everything everyone around him feels, he also deals with pain. this is a lot for him, as he can cause physical pain and take it away. when he takes pain away, his eyes are a soft blue. when he causes pain, they become a dark purple-red hue.
⠀⠀⠀ food: as a cook, theo prides himself on the dishes that he makes. even when clocked in at elegant elixirs, he makes his food look very nice. a simple burger and fries? you’re gonna have the most neat looking plate any bar has ever seen. when he cooks for the monthly dinners with his family, he makes them like some sort of fancy restaurant (but bigger portions). he likes the way it looks, and loves the way it tastes.
⠀⠀⠀ energy: theo very much so gives off the energy of a golden retriever. he’s almost always happy, and his whole ‘lost puppy dog eyes’ look helps with that energy. but like any dog, when stretched too thin, he can become anxious and sometimes even hostile. like a golden retriever, he is protective of those he loves / prefers to be around. he’s not a violent dog, but he will bite if he needs to.
FUN FACTS.
⠀⠀⠀ 1. the only people that are allowed to call him theodore are his immediate family. if anyone else calls him theodore, he will actually ignore them until they get the hint!
⠀⠀⠀ 2. his mother was incredibly neglectful to the twins and nicholas, and while lilian mourns their birth mother, theo is glad she’s dead. it sounds shitty as fuck, but she was never kind and often left them alone to get high in another state.
⠀⠀⠀ 3. edena legally adopted the children, and while theo and lilian don’t live with her, they often visit her and have regular dinners together. theo always cooks, but lilian helps sometimes.
⠀⠀⠀ 4. edena is the whole reason that theo found out that he genuinely loves cooking, and so he often makes her taste test his things. he doesn’t give a shit about anyone else’s opinion, so as long as she likes it, he pushes to make it a special at the bar.
⠀⠀⠀ 5. theo started working at edena’s bar, elegant elixirs, when he was eighteen. he is twenty-one now, and has no desire to ever leave her. it doesn’t matter if he’s old and grey, he will never leave that bar behind.
⠀⠀⠀ 6. he has a gorgeous black cat named ember, and she is his entire world. they often fall asleep together on his small apartment couch, watching rom-coms or horror movies. she’s affectionate and LOVES when people give her treats.

⠀⠀⠀ have you ever felt like you didn’t belong anywhere until someone appeared in your life and showed you what it was like to belong? if so, you’re just like THEODORE HAYES—- the cook at elegant elixirs bar, with his own mother signing his paychecks and working him to the damn bone. he’s fine with it, it distracts him from the troubles.
⠀⠀⠀ as an empath, theodore can sense the pain of others and take it away. unfortunately, when he takes their pain away, it lives on inside of him. the problem with this? he can’t regulate his own emotions, nor can he get rid of the ones that he’s taken. he doesn’t know how. the only beautiful thing about his powers? he can help people in ways that he was never helped, and edena will help him the way that a mother should.
