GUYS THIS IS SO SAD!
          
          So my neighbors have two huskies, Striker and Louie. Striker is a jumper & ALWAYS is stuck on that chain while Louie gets to roam around. I felt bad and they're to get rid of Striker and my mum won't let me get him! ):
