I searched for help in the same way that all chronic pain sufferers seek an end to their pain, making appointments with dozens of doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and other Health Care Providers. I went through tests, therapy sessions (TENS, heat, massage), and took off countless hours of work to attend to my pain.

I read many book, searched online, and watched a lot of YouTube videos, which all promised to have the answer. I went to exercise classes for years, stretched, tried yoga, pilates, lifted weights, and on and on. Some of those things would help me to feel better temporarily, but eventually the pain would return, and I would feel completely helpless again.

Sometimes the pain was little more than a nuisance, and at other times would stop me dead in my tracks, and render me unable to work or even get out of bed for weeks at a time. Living with that agony year after year left me depressed, and hopeless. Often I feared that this life of pain was what my future would hold.

After decades of pain, I discovered the physical and emotional causes of my pain, and I developed a safe, simple cure for my chronic pain. Since that time I have been completely pain free.
