As I'm sure you've noticed by the spam of notifications about my comments, it took me a while but I've just binged through Icarus. The Star Wars nerd of me just adored the incredible detail and effort you've gone through regarding the history and backgrounds, Mandalorian culture and language ✨ And oh, the romance! All of the slow burn, fluff & angst, Cato's and Din's verbal declarations and soft physical affection. The way they accommodated for each other and respected boundaries, while also completely ready to fight to the death for each other's sake. The found family trope was both wholesome and entertaining. The domestic vibes, affection and dialogue with each other, their child Grogu, and then the addition of the chaos gremlin known as Cid. (As well as everyone else) With both of the romance and found family, I had to hold back from commenting "I'm melting into a puddle from cuteness overload" more times than I can count. Also, I have no clue as to how many crying frogs I posted throughout the book, cuz oh man, the turmoil that everyone goes through, especially Cato. Your writing of emotions, everyone's individual character traits and trauma, all of it was kept so real and alive. Overall, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING ❤️ Thank you so much for writing Icarus, as well as the extra books. I am so glad to have found your works.

@Immortal_Myth oh my gosh I’m so sorry it’s taken me two months to see and respond to this. You are too kind I’m so happy that this series brought you joy and I’m thrilled (and amazed at your dedication!) that you have read through everything! I have 2.5 more books planned (plus random snippets) but the timeline for me writing those is so long because I have much less time now. Thank you for your kind words ❤️
