Alexandria is a seventeen year old girl who is struggling through life. She has abusive parents, gets bullied at school, and battles with depression and all of depression's friends. No one knows she is struggling, as she wears her fake smile constantly, but one day after a run in with her everyday bully, Lexi, Aaron finds out.
Alexandria tires her hardest to keep her self destructive past and current situation a secret from Aaron, but he tracks down Alexandria's secrets and finds out himself.
Everything starts getting better when Aaron and Alexandria end up falling in love, but what Alexandria tries to forget and leave, finds her again. Then her whole world starts spinning upside down.
As trials come Alexandria and Aaron's relationship is pushed to the breaking point, and the only thing that keeps Alexandria alive is Aaron and the hope that some day she will have a family to come home to every night .
