‘damon salvatore bashing’ ‘damon’s abuse of caroline is acknowledged’ ‘caroline deserves better’ ‘caroline gets a friend or some shit’ = however damon is still part of the group and his ‘consequence’ is simply confronting him or beating him up for 1 sec before leaving him alive cos poor caroline doesn’t want him dead (valid) but once the abuse is acknowledged, damon faces actually 0 consequences and everyone still
          hangs w him and shit cos plot. 
          
          
          yeah ok. not a single fic other than rlly good one shots and short fics on ao3 does damon acc face consequences of death, castration, or caroline’s FRIENDS also acknowledging how damon was shitty to her and doing the logical thing of STOP HANGING W HIM AND INCLUDING HIM IN PLANS
          
          
          omg i had to rant istg damon bashing is useless in regards to caroline when HE STILL DOESNT GET DEALT WOTH PERMANENTLY.  bye 

that last episode of euphoria… actually cried. best episode of the whole season 3 (which was overall crap rlly but wow)
