Just a lil silly headcannon but once Damon secretly loves you or trusts you enough he becomes a real softie but he doesn’t want to admit to it since he’s stubborn 
          
          He would definitely take any troubled kid underneath his wing once they’ve both mutually warmed up to each other 
          
          
          I don’t want him to just be a flat out apathetic asshole since the game only portrayed him as this huge villain and he needs some love
