@HayhayTheDragon  there are some states that allow marriage between people that are blood related (not just distant cousins, but actual siblings and child/parent), even some that allow bestiality. if we only take the laws into consideration we'd be living like animals.
            there are some fucked up laws out there and just because some government says that something is okay or not okay doesn't mean that it's the right thing to do. we should be led by morals in life.
            i have a lot of family members that are not related to me by blood and just the thought of having any kind of relationship that is not platonic with them makes me wanna vomit.

True. And I respect your opinion. I've never been one to be disrespectful to someone because their opinions are different from my own. But I feel nobody should look at ALL sheith shippers, or anyone who has gay ships, as people who only sexualize the hell out of the ship. I'm a multi shipper, so I support almost any ship. Most. I've always supported sheith, although klance is more my cup of tea. Although I prefer klance I don't hate on sheith or any other ships. (Although I will silently judge some of the more.... Questionable ships. Like shidge.) Although I agree with what you said about blood related family isn't where family stops, I will say that incest is really only bad if you are blood related. Now this may be more of my opinion, but here me out. If you are blood related to someone, and you want to marry them, you cannot legally get married. Although people's definition of marriage is different, marriage isn't JUST a romantic thing. But I digress. Another reason besides it being illegal to get married, is if two people who are related by blood have sex, it can mess up their DNA. But that's if they have sex. If the two people aren't related by blood and they have sex, they're fine. Besides the risk of getting different diseases but that's with anyone. Now I didn't try to start any wars or anything by adding my first reply. You're free to think whatever you want, I can't make you do anything. And I'm not trying to. I just wanted to point this out. And I also thank you for being civil. Most of the time when I say my opinion online, I get flamed for it. Anyways. All of your points were valid, and again, I'm glad you didn't yell at me like most everyone on the internet.

            keith's whole character is revolved around 'found family'. he didn't have anyone before shiro; he was the one he relied on most of his life. shiro's the one he can thank the most for being the person he is today because he never stopped believing in him.
            from his vlog we can see that keith struggles with abandonment issues bc he has lost so much in his life and he can hardly trust people because he thinks they'll leave him.
            and then to have this beautiful, supportive, brotherly bond between keith and shiro be stripped down to something that people sexualise is just disgusting. 
            i get that they're not actually related by blood, but blood relations are NOT where family stops. it's about finding people you respect, love and trust. keith said twice already that he sees shiro as a brother and that he loves him that way.
            so justifying it by saying that "they're not actually related" is a weak excuse.
