Randall Flagg whistled a tune as he walked down the darkening streets, his hands neatly resting in the pockets of his denim jacket. those who laid eyes on him and were still out on the street immediately went inside, ushering their children inside with them, their arms wrapped around their offspring in a protective manner. just the sight of this man was enough to send chills down their spines and for fear to riddle their guts with nausea and those inside their homes locked their doors and drew their curtains when they saw the walkin dude sauntering down the streets.
