@CoralWalk hello thank you for your message! WDOF is still in its developing stages for sure; it's very much setting the scene and introducing characters more so than moving the plot forward. That said, it's actually a story from several years ago that I'm in the process of reworking. When I decided to do this, I wanted to polish it but also improve the overall storyline, and at the time of my last upload, I hit a point where I couldn't figure out the direction of the plot or how the characters would develop. As I'm a college student, I have limited time to begin with and I felt like I wasn't really getting anywhere with WDOF. While I do like the story, I'm stuck because I've been moving away from the kind of fantasy I used to write in the past. Right now, I'm focusing more on contemporary science-fiction, and while I'm sure I'll eventually return to WDOF, I'd rather write something rather than be unable to write anything. I hope you can understand! :) -Seyra
