hi! you don’t come off as rude at all :) i’m not sure if i should continue my dolan twins books, i really like the plot of them but i have been getting off track from them lately haha. maybe in the future i will but for now i’m focusing on harry fics and i’m currently in the works of a novel :) (sorry that this is a late response)

it’s quite a frequent thing i see on here of wattpad “writers” going on tumblr and stealing our works. even with credit (no, saying it’s from tumblr is NOT credit) is annoying and wrong. it’s very disheartening to see my works and other’s works being reposted without permission, some with the user pretending to be the author of said work which is outright disrespectful. this is why i repost my tumblr works here on wattpad, to avoid people stealing them and thinking they wouldn’t be caught—i spend a lot of hard work and time in my writing. even if your intentions are “well i thought it was really good and i wanted more people to read it too” yes, but you are drawing readers to YOUR account rather than the original authors’. and, as i’ve observed, most readers will assume that you wrote it unless you tell them that you didn’t. also, changing the title of the work so that you wouldn’t be called out is bad too. please, stop stealing/copying people’s writing, it’s a form of art—if you want an artist’s talent recognized, you can simply put it in your recommended section on your page. it’s not hard.

I’m from Tumblr too! I repost most of my work to my tumblr (also @onlyyyariii) and I’ve seen whole accounts deleted on here because it was all copied work. A little while ago a writer named Jasmine, was found to have been stealing all of her writing for years. After reading through your work on tumblr, I noticed that she had stole some of your work (I would’ve said something to her but she was already gone). It makes me upset when I see people steal others work after knowing that they’ve worked so hard on it. I do not steal work but when I write my own stuff it takes weeks for something to be perfect, the way I want it.
