hey gorgeous! i recently finished setting up my writing discord server and we’re already at 40+ members but we definitely need more to make it a lively and wonderfully active place <33 it’s centered around wlw writers and lgbtq+ creatives, but it’s not exclusive at all and allies are welcome too.
          
          we're doing weekly movie nights on fridays, and have spaces for sharing your writing, chatting with specific authors in their own spaces, joining writing sprints, book clubs & recs, getting constructive feedback, playing video/discord games, and just hanging out together.
          
          workshops aren’t active yet, but i’m planning future live stage sessions with a writing mentor and hopefully graphic design workshops too. there are also prompt events coming up with prizes for winners! we now have moderators and genuinely lovely members who make the server feel really welcoming.

“MAGNOLIA” has been changed to “TOO MANY FRIENDS”

When I was in college, I had an epiphany. A series of romantic comedies set at Four Seasons resorts around the world.
          
          1) Because I love a good Rom-Com, and 
          2) Because I LOVE hotels. Fancy ones especially. They're my weakness.
          
          At the time, I decided not to pursue it. I thought I needed to be more 'serious' as a writer to impress my family and build a 'successful' career. However now, nearly four years later, I've realized... I don't care.
          
          "Magnolia" will be Book 1 of the "Four Seasons Anthology." For those of you who’ve been following me for a while, you might remember a story I wrote a few years ago called "Friends Kiss Too." That book planted the seed for this entire series, and I fully plan on returning to it someday.
          
          But first? We’re checking into the Four Seasons in Florence, Italy.
