I really want to be pretty and thin and that girl everyone loves. My two brothers told me I am eating too much (ok they don't mean bad with it but it hurt) and my sister whom I basically told few days ago how insecure I am starting to be again was talking to my brother about how I've gotten fat. Had mental breakdown in the bathroom. Amazing day so far yay * sarcastic cheering*

I get you. My sis told my a while ago how I was getting chubby and she also said that when we visited my Fam in California they were saying how I gained weight. It honestly really bummed me, but I’m getting better at realizing that it doesn’t really matter. A body is just a body and they are seriously overrated. Bodies don’t matter when u have a beautiful soul <3
Fuck I just had panic attack. I was reading this one book and it's about abuse and it was very close to some parts of abuse I've been through and I just started having images in my head and strated breathing heavily and crying just saying : don't remember don't remember it never happened ....over and over again.

I have heart problems sometimes and now I was sitting on couch in the living room. My chest area hurt and when I said that to my father he got ANGRY and made me take all the heavy chairs to the other room. My heart strated hurting more and I started crying. My mom looked at me almost disgustingly and said: What is the big deal? U are just faking . My brother helped me get to my room even when my parents said that I can't go. I have been crying for the past half an hour. I just really want someone to hug me .
