Love and War, an eren yeager fic, has been republished again for what seems to be the nth time but most certainly the last, I decided to take it more seriously and actually write as my prac research teacher said, to actually write and this fic has been on hold for what seems to be a long time, i'm republishing it most importantly too, this is the main reason as one my best friend, @PetalOnUrFace had her birthday on august and she has been an ardent supporter of this book and my bad decisions, so, Kate, happy birthday bbg, I promise you'll actually see the end of this book and just like this first chapter, it will be dedicated to you, enjoy bbg

bro...i hate how little fubuki was involved in cho z like it's not fair that delta and shu had their respective spotlights as the deuteragonist etc etc but not fubuki, i miss my son

kurenai shu is former gifted burn out kid and the shit he went through from s1 to s2 was way ahead of its time so he was  barely scrutinized at all by the general public, also the fact that changing his manga personality from mean and snarky and just plain out aloof to stoic but polite is actually genius because we can see how much the shit he's going through from losing to lui, spriggan breaking, completely isolated from his friends, a lack for support system including his negligent parents and ultimately losing to free was seeing the last thread of his sanity snap and the descent is much more tragic because someone as kind and composed as shu isn't supposed to break, he isn't supposed to be the one causing havoc or being the antagonist/villain of the series but he is and we never saw it coming, a possibility but the conclusion is incredibly far fetched from season 1 and if you compare his descent to madness in the manga, it won't have that big of an impact because you're like shu is just snarkier and he's not exactly endearing to us, so yeah props, i wish his CHARACTER is talked about as his looks but apparently not

ik god has like idk mediocre animation quality but when they cook THEY COOK, like please the scene with the sunset, it's so pretty and colorful and detailed

this is def me talking but sometimes the idea of writing a shu x reader is kinda uncomfortable because i get these barrage of memories of bad shu x reader fics and how he's incredibly mischaracterized and flat out creepy makes me feel so  bad for him, like idk, i love shu but it kinda feels weird putting shu in a romantic perspective and his most accurate characterization lies with shu-centric fics and shualt or literally anything that isn't x reader but idk, he's so objectified and sexualized like gross...
          
          also can we talk about that there was a literal middle aged woman simping for him and made the effort to even idk make or buy a body pillow of him, like maam that is a minor and the fact that they even drew him and herself well doing THAT is horribly atrocious like what the fuck man
