september is a national suicide prevention month reminds us this doesn’t happen in a month. every second, minute, day, week, or months it happens. more than 1,900 deaths per day, 60,000 deaths per month, more than 727,000 deaths per year. this count that someone who’s struggling are invisible.
being kind is freewill, and being kind can be a good memory and even can save someone’s life. we must be careful to what are we doing that can affect someone’s life and be mindful to the words we’re going to say.
to anyone who’s struggling, i hope you’re okay and just know you are more than what your situation in right now. you deserve the world and whatever your going through will get makes sense.
please don’t suffer in silence, you are not alone. don’t forget that your existence is matter more than you think. you don’t have to be perfect or to have be fixed to be worth of loving. also, make sure to always check our loved ones they may fighting something behind their doors.
to the survivors, thank you for choosing not to give up. to anyone who’s still at rock-bottom, you’re gonna make this and you’ll overcome this, it’s not too late to ask for a help.
you are most matter and enough to be loved.❤️🩹🧷
