Hello there and congratulations! You are the 300th follower of my account and for that you get a prize, a (horribly unthought out and spur-of-the-moment) flash fiction inspired by your username:

There once was a girl from the Nile, who lived perpetually in denial of the fact that she had a beautiful smile. Everywhere she went, people would compliment her every once in a while, but she would never smile. She would just say thank you and walk on for another mile. This girl, you see, was truly in denial.

One day while she was walking along a dirt road, she came across a monkey dressed in a very extravagant outfit. This monkey had a hole in its pocket and money was falling out with every step. The girl who did not smile pointed it out to the monkey who said he already knew. Then he smiled and kept walking.

Confused, the girl followed him and struck up a conversation.

"Why do you not stop to pick up the money, dear monkey?" she asked.

The monkey smiled at her and replied, "Why do you not smile, dear girl from the Nile?"

The girl was intrigued by this monkey so she decided to be honest, "Because I think it is ugly."

The monkey stopped suddenly and looked at the girl. He raised his hands to her face and pulled at her cheeks. The girl was too shocked to move, so she let the monkey do as he pleased. With both cheeks in his hands, the monkey forced a smile on her face.

The girl felt shy, but he did not let go. He simply stared for a while. Finally, he said, "Beautiful" and continued on his walk, dropping money all the while.

The girl watched him at first, but she finally spoke up again. "But you're still dropping money!"

The monkey kept walking and replied without looking back, "Me dropping this meaningless money is no crazier than you hiding that beautiful smile from the world."

          (Thanks for the follow!)
