i actually really appreciate how many comments and votes obsession still gets despite me being inactive THANK YOU for keeping patience while i try to figure out the last chapter 

another point to note is that even though it isn't her best writing, it is NOT bad writing. yes, some songs are cringy and could've been written better, but overall the writing on this album reminds me of a younger taylor i've missed for a while now, and i'm glad we have her back if anything

since a lot of you have been asking my opinions on tloas on tumblr, here it is. is it taylor's best album? obviously not. (red is RIGHT there guys hello!!!). yes, it doesn't have the best lyricism, but yes it does have good production. it keeps us at an arm's length like 1989. but it is not the career ending album people are saying it is. was it one of my favorites? no, but it was a fun album, with good production. 
          
          people need to understand that acknowledging the fact that this album definitely did not have good writing (especially with eldest daughter) does not make someone any less of a swiftie. now, of course if you wanna hate on it and say this is going to end her career, that's not justified at all because in fact, i don't think any bad album could bring an end to an artist as big as taylor. it wasn't her best, and it isn't her worst. and it is OKAY to be in between that. and for the record i actually quite enjoyed wood despite the numerous allusions to travis's penis in it.... and honestly if you find this to be taylor's best album, that's your own personal opinion, but people need to learn to accept constructive criticism when it comes to taylor swift especially.

the word dickmatized has been used in a taylor swift song girls GIRLS. are we okay????
