Seeing Franklin Saint and Jax Teller TikTok edits makes me so happy because I thought I was the only one who saw the similarities and thought the multiverse crossover would be cool

@evermoreobrien - Hey author! A couple of days ago I finished reading your stories Savior Complex and Consume, and honestly… you left no crumbs behind. When I was scrolling for Smallville stories to read, yours was one of the first that grabbed my attention immediately—and I’m really glad it did. First of all, the covers? Absolutely incredible. I don’t know how you managed to make them look that good. The characters, the symbols, the colors, the effects—everything about them just works. A lot of authors struggle to really nail the covers, but yours are easily some of the best I’ve seen. They instantly pulled me in before I even started reading. Another thing that intrigued me was the short, mysterious summaries you included. They were simple but powerful enough to make me curious right away. And the way you integrated Smallville seasons 1–5 while also bringing in Gotham was something I’ve honestly never seen done before in a Smallville story. That crossover alone already made the story feel unique. Then when you moved into the season book and started blending Smallville seasons 6–10, The Amazing Spider-Man 1 & 2, Gotham seasons 3–5, Jumper, and Spider-Man: No Way Home… I was genuinely impressed. The way you merged all of those universes into one cohesive story was amazing. With that many elements it could have easily become chaotic, but you somehow made everything flow together in a way that felt natural. And the main character? I loved her. You wrote her as a complete badass and a smartass at the same time—someone who doesn’t make excuses, definitely has a hero complex, is blunt, confident, naturally flirty, and completely unique. She felt real, messy in a human way, and unapologetically herself.

@evermoreobrien - Also, I completely forgot to mention something in my last comment that I really loved. I absolutely enjoyed the dynamic the main character had with Clark’s friends—especially with Lana, Chloe, Peter, and even more so with Martha and John. Those interactions were so fun to read and felt really natural. But the dynamic between Brianna and Clark at the beginning? It was killing me at first in the best way possible. I loved how sarcastic they both were with each other when they first met. The tension and back-and-forth between them made those early chapters so entertaining. And as the story progressed, you could really see how that hostility slowly started to fade. It wasn’t as sharp as it was at the beginning, and their relationship gradually shifted into something deeper. I quickly ended up loving their dynamic so much—especially once they finally became lovers. That whole development felt really satisfying to read. And I can’t lie, it was pretty hilarious how Clark was so hung up on Lana… only for Lana to end up being into Brianna. Brianna really said “Ms. Steal Your Girl.” You most definitely had me screaming at my phone during those moments. And don’t even get me started on Brianna’s previous relationships during high school… because yeah, nope . Those situations had me side-eyeing my phone so hard. I was really sitting there like “girl… absolutely not.” At the same time though, I liked that you included those moments because they added more depth to her character and showed parts of her past that helped shape who she became later on. Even when those relationships were messy or questionable, they made her growth throughout the story feel more real. But still… some of those moments had me stressing while reading. I was genuinely like “Brianna please stand up”. Thankfully seeing how much she grew as the story went on—and where she eventually ended up—made it all worth it.

@evermoreobrien - The long chapters were also such a treat. I loved the gifs you included from Smallville and the other series/movies you used. It made scenes feel more alive while reading. The songs at the beginning of each chapter were another detail I really appreciated—it set the tone perfectly. And the little author notes and extra gifs at the end of chapters made the whole reading experience feel even more interactive. What really impressed me most was how you managed to include so many storylines while still sticking to the original plots but making them your own. That balance is hard to pull off, but you did it really well. It felt familiar but also fresh at the same time. I also loved the running theme where the main character was kind of oblivious to how many people were crushing on her—especially when it was obvious to everyone else. Those moments were honestly so fun to read. I could probably go on and on about how much I enjoyed these stories, but I’ll stop myself here before this turns into an entire essay. Just know that your writing, creativity, and dedication really show. Posting chapters every day must take so much time, patience, and love, and it definitely paid off. I’m really glad I had the chance to read your work. And I also saw your announcement about getting accepted into grad school—congratulations!! That’s such an amazing accomplishment. I hope everything goes well for you, and may all your hard work continue to pay off. You’ve got this!
