I wanted to create an Avenger Villain for myself, like one similar to Dr. Strange. I wanted them to have the ability to control energy and manipulate it into anything they please.
Some main abilities they posses are the ability to steal and manipulate entities, the ability to control ones powers or take away ones for a myria-annum if wished by energy beholder, the ability to summon Bia whom personifies raw energy along with force and anger, the ability to see into future though is unable to look past beholder's death, and the ability to trap anyones soul in any dimension they shall choose.

1. They're ability to steal and manipulate entities is as the title says. The user is able to see into ones eyes, and control ones body. They are able to turn into someone or steal their physical traits. If they wanted to have Wanda Maximoff's hair, they could. All they needs is to hold a photo of someone they wanted to turn into, and they could.
2. While having the ability to take ones powers for years, they are also able to use ones powers to control another. They are able to use their powers to possibly steal Thor's powers, therefore being able to use his hammer. Or, they are able to use Loki's scepter and his multiple powers for good and or bad.
3. The ability to summon Bia is a difficult process, having taken a millennium just for them to appear for a millisecond. Though, having been living for millions of years, they are able to summon it after training under the leadership of Odin.
4. They have taken Dr. Strange's power to see into millions of dimensions, though is unable to see past owns death. Though, their power has manipulated itself into being able to see past ones death and look on forever and ever until they stop using this ability. Though, a set back is that they are not able to see past the planet they're on's demise.
5. This power is as simple as it sounds. They are able to trap enemies into any dimension they like.
