@everythingtaken123 I mean sure it is- Who could blame you its terrifying but what's the worse that could happen? I mean if you talk to him then I'm sure he's just gonna responds normally if the worse does happen and he turns out to be a jerk then tell Meeeeee of you are going to talk to him I suggest you start by saying: "Hey! How are you?" exchanging names and interests and just talk yk if you let fear stop you aren't going to get the benefits of taking a risk!
