Hey y'all. Just thought I would pop in and give an update. Sorry I have been MIA for such a long time. I got busy with school and etc and didn't really have time to write.

When I logged back on, I reread the sequel to INJKG and decided that it sucked. Like a lot. And that I didn't really have a game plan for it, I was just writing stuff and I didn't like it, so I've decided to take it down. I think I'm just going to leave Beck's story where it ends in INJKG. Sorry to disappoint.

As for some of the questions I have been getting about what happened to Emma, and etc. She moved away. And most of the time when someone moves away, you lose touch. That is what happens with Beck and Emma, they lose touch. Since I won't be continuing the story it will just be up to you guys as the reader to determine whether or not you think they would eventually cross paths again and reconnect.

The other question I got was about his Olympic trials and what happened with that. Originally in the sequel I had the idea that he didn't make the qualifiers to compete, but because I have decided to delete the sequel, it's going to be up to you guys once again to decide for yourselves what happens in the future for Beck.

This story was about more than just his football career or which girl he was going to end up with. It was about Beck's journey. It was about his self acceptance and learning that sometimes things happen in life that you have no control over, that sometimes things are no ones fault. And I hope that its those things that y'all take away from the story.

Hiiiiiii u need 2 know that im not the jersey type of guy is THE best book i have read. (Doesn't count werewolves sorry) THIS IS LITERALLY THE FIRST BOOK I HAVE EVER READ THAT REVOLVES AROUND A GUY. That book was amazing. mind-blowing batshit crazy. I love that nothing about it is the stereotypical cliche shit that i see everyday. U r an AMAZING author.

Devined_soul

@batmunapproves true what you said..first story of just a guy,not just romance... everything was just in perfect proportion... overall the best book... definitely going to my reading list..

I tried to continue reading but..
I finished and i didn't know! I'm crying! I have so many unanswered questions. I mean, what about Emma? What college does he go to? Does he do the Summer Trial? What happened to Lacy and Tyler?
I would live for there to be a sequel! But thank you for the experience of reading such a fantastic book such as 'I'm Not The Jersey Type of Guy'
          It was truly incredible!!

@messengerknight75 I've only read a handful of stories that are from the guys POV. I really enjoy them because I'm a girl and I like to try to figure out how boys think and there are also just so many stories where the narrator is a girl, its just refreshing to find ones where its from a guys POV, so if you ever find any, let me know! :)
