@peterparker160 I first used a very pale foundation to show blood loss, and then drew a line with eyeliner, shading with multiple blushes, deep red eye shadows, as well as drawing over the black eyeliner with a red lip liner. I used a thick  (non-sparkly) lip gloss over the line, then dabbed on fake blood to make it seem more realistic (fake blood can be expensive though, so I found using just a little bit and spraying water onto it over a paper towel makes it more runny and realistic) hope I helped, and good luck with you makeup career!
