I just finished reading your story and I loved it so much! Your writing is amazing, and I kept thinking how cool it would look as a comic. The tension and raw emotion in the scene by the river especially the moment when Vanessa’s father arrives and the confrontation unfolds, was so gripping. The way you captured Vanessa’s fear, Aria’s defiance, and Mike’s confusion would translate beautifully into visual storytelling. I could already picture the panels: the cold, windy night by the river, the blinding headlights of the car, Aria standing her ground against Vanessa’s father, and the heartbreaking moment when Vanessa is dragged away, her tear-streaked face illuminated by the car’s lights. It’s such a powerful and emotionally charged scene!
I’m a commissioned artist, and I’d love to draw your story into a comic. No pressure, of course. I just think your work would look awesome in comic form. The dynamic between Vanessa, Aria, and Mike, the tension-filled atmosphere, and the emotional depth of their interactions would make for a stunning visual narrative. Plus, the dark, moody tone of the story would be a dream to illustrate!
