The only thing thats different is you have to comment on the whole page/chapter. It doesn't allow you to comment on certain sections like wattpad does unfortunately

On patreon she updates every other day, the wattpad book is on chapter 61, and patreon goes all the way up to chapter 78. The chapters seem to be the same in length, sometimes even lengthier! Hope this helps
